Această Politică de Confidențialitate descrie modul în care Grailr colectează, utilizează și protejează datele dumneavoastră personale. Respectăm legislația europeană privind protecția datelor (GDPR).

2.3 Date pe care NU le colectăm

- Funcționarea platformei — autentificare, salvarea preferințelor, istoric
- Îmbunătățirea serviciului — statistici agregate
- Comunitate — afișarea activității recente (prenume + carte)
- Comunicare — emailuri de verificare și resetare parolă
Nu vindem, nu închiriem și nu partajăm datele dumneavoastră cu terți în scopuri comerciale.

5. Stocarea și Securitatea Datelor
Datele sunt stocate prin Google Firebase (Firestore + Auth), pe serverele Google din UE/SEE, cu certificări SOC 2 și ISO 27001.

7. Aplicația Grailr (Android)
Grailr este aplicația Android construită peste aceleași conturi și aceeași bază de date ca site-ul. Pe lângă cele de mai sus, aplicația prelucrează:
- Fotografii cu carduri — când apeși pe scanare, fotografia este trimisă serverului nostru, care o transmite mai departe către Google Gemini pentru identificarea cardului. Fotografia este folosită doar pentru identificare. Nu o stocăm, nu o publicăm și nu o folosim pentru antrenarea vreunui model. Măsurarea centrării se face integral pe telefon; acea fotografie nu părăsește niciodată dispozitivul.
- Permisiunea camerei — cerută doar pentru scanare și centrare. O poți refuza; restul aplicației funcționează.
- Cumpărături — dacă activezi PRO, Google Play procesează plata. Noi nu vedem și nu stocăm datele cardului tău bancar. Păstrăm doar identificatorul produsului, tokenul de achiziție primit de la Google și data activării, pentru a verifica periodic la Google că abonamentul e încă valid.
- Numărul de scanări pe zi — un contor pe contul tău, ca să putem aplica limitele planului gratuit.
8. Emailuri pe care le trimitem
Cu adresa ta de email îți trimitem două feluri de mesaje:
- Emailuri necesare contului — verificarea adresei și resetarea parolei. Nu poți renunța la ele fără să renunți la cont.
- Newsletter — noutăți despre Grailr și Grailr. Îl primești pentru că ai un cont. Te poți dezabona oricând, cu un clic, din linkul aflat la finalul fiecărui mesaj sau direct de la cartonel.app/unsubscribe.html. Dezabonarea nu îți afectează contul.
Nu vindem și nu închiriem adresa ta nimănui.
9. Ștergerea contului
Îți poți șterge contul imediat, în oricare dintre cele două moduri:
- În aplicație: Profil → Setări → Șterge contul.
- Pe web, fără să instalezi nimic: cartonel.app/delete-account.html.
Se șterg contul de autentificare, documentul de profil, toate cardurile și produsele sigilate din colecție și toate deckbox-urile. Ștergerea este definitivă și nu poate fi anulată.
Un abonament PRO nu se anulează prin ștergerea contului. Abonamentul este o relație între tine și Google. Anulează-l întâi din Google Play, altfel Google va continua să te taxeze.
10. Drepturile Dumneavoastră (GDPR)

11. Cookie-uri
Folosim cookie-uri esențiale pentru autentificare (token-uri Firebase) și Google Analytics 4 pentru statistici anonime de utilizare (număr de vizitatori, pagini vizitate, durata sesiunii). Google Analytics anonimizează adresele IP. Nu folosim cookie-uri de marketing sau publicitate.
12. Minori
Platforma nu este destinată persoanelor sub 16 ani. Nu colectăm date de la minori în mod intenționat.
13. Modificări
Ne rezervăm dreptul de a actualiza această politică. Modificările vor fi publicate pe această pagină cu data actualizării.

7. The Grailr app (Android)
Grailr is the Android app built on the same accounts and the same database as the website. On top of the above, the app processes:
- Photos of cards — when you tap scan, the photo is sent to our server, which passes it to Google Gemini to identify the card. The photo is used for identification only. We do not store it, publish it, or use it to train any model. Centering is measured entirely on your phone; that photo never leaves the device.
- Camera permission — requested only for scanning and centering. You may refuse it; the rest of the app works.
- Purchases — if you activate PRO, Google Play handles the payment. We never see or store your card details. We keep only the product id, the purchase token Google gives us, and the activation date, so we can periodically re-check with Google that the subscription is still valid.
- Scans per day — a counter on your account, so the free plan's limits can be applied.
8. Emails we send you
We use your email address for two kinds of message:
- Account emails — address verification and password resets. You cannot opt out of these without giving up the account.
- A newsletter — news about Grailr and Grailr. You receive it because you have an account. You can unsubscribe at any time, in one click, from the link at the bottom of every message or directly at cartonel.app/unsubscribe.html. Unsubscribing does not affect your account.
We do not sell or rent your address to anyone.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account immediately, either way:
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- On the web, without installing anything: cartonel.app/delete-account.html.
This erases the sign-in record, the profile document, every card and sealed product in your collection, and every deckbox. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel a PRO subscription. That subscription is between you and Google. Cancel it in Google Play first, or Google will keep charging you.
10. Your Rights (GDPR)

11. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (Firebase tokens) and Google Analytics 4 for anonymous usage statistics (visitor count, pages visited, session duration). Google Analytics anonymizes IP addresses. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
12. Minors
The platform is not intended for persons under 16. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.
13. Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be published on this page with the update date.
